Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled QA professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the product manager, technical lead, and fellow developers in ensuring top-tier quality of enterprise services. Create and Implement the Test Strategy: Develop effective, reusable, and maintainable automated functional test frameworks. Ensure proper functioning of automation scripts across all browsers and platforms. Create test plans and enforce test planning by gathering functional and non-functional requirements. Execute testing activities, including manual and automated testing. Collaborative Development: Partner with the product manager, technical lead, and fellow developers to understand requirements and design test plans. Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with requirements and ensure consistent and thorough testing of new and existing features. Automation: Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of use cases and scenarios. Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, collaborating effectively with developers to diagnose issues and verify fixes. Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in QA, contribute to the improvement of code quality and test coverage, and advocate for a culture of excellence and continuous development. Deployment Support: Validate software readiness before production release, ensuring seamless integration, minimal downtime, and optimal functionality during release cycles. Release Readiness Reporting, Contribute to root cause analysis and complex system investigations.
