Senior Low-Latency Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and write core low-latency code across Syncro (Rust).
• Cut latency by design: validator submission path, network routing/peering, node co-location.
• Cut latency in code: optimal algorithms, memory layout, lock-free concurrency.

Requirements:

• 8+ years building distributed backend/infrastructure with low-latency systems shipped to production.
• Deep Solana internals, expert in a systems language (Rust or C/C++/Go).
• Networking and latency tuning, production infrastructure, PostgreSQL, Kafka.

Nice to Have:

• Solana validator operations, MEV ecosystem, high-throughput chains.
• Real-time market-data systems, low-level profiling.
