Travel Scheduler (Temporary Role)

At Sprinter Health, we’re always on the move—and we need someone who can keep pace. We’re looking for a highly organized and detailed Travel Scheduler to help coordinate trips for our Sprinters (mobile phlebotomists and clinicians) as they crisscross the country. This is a TEMPORARY role, likely to last 2 or 3 months. Manage end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary management, serving as their primary point of contact. Coordinate travel for both short-term assignments and long-term deployments across the US. Source and secure lodging and meeting spaces for training events. Create and distribute immaculate itineraries for all travel assignments that include all the details of the trip and information about destination. Act as the first line of support for travel-related issues, cancellations, or changes.
