Acquisition Engineering Team Lead

Your Impact:

• Lead the systems, tooling, and frontend architecture that power marketing funnels, landing pages, and regional web experiences.
• Own the engineering side of acquisition, manage and grow the engineers on the team, driving architecture and technical execution.
• Work across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, and Legal to make the web platform faster, easier to scale, and better at converting users.

What You'll Do:

• Directly manage and support engineers, including performance, coaching, and prioritization.
• Act as technical lead for acquisition engineering and help grow the team over time.
• Build and improve analytics, instrumentation, and observability for funnel performance and conversion behavior.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience building frontend applications with TypeScript and React.
• Experience managing engineers or leading teams with people management responsibilities.
• Proven experience owning web acquisition surfaces such as marketing sites, landing pages, or customer funnels.
