Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Design, configure, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
-Build and maintain Contact Flows, routing logic, and Lambda-based backend logic.
-Optimize call flow performance, routing strategies, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with AWS services, including at least 3 years with Amazon Connect
-2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM.
-Proficiency in Node.js or Python for AWS Lambda development.
