Job Description
Provide medical support services to employees on site or remotely. Assess and address medical concerns and emergencies in a timely manner. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure proper treatment and care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Conduct health screenings and assessments as needed. Educate employees on health and wellness best practices. Must have valid certification or licensure as a medical support agent. Previous experience in a medical support role preferred. Good communication skills are needed, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations is a must. Also needs to have knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
