The Role:
- Run 1-2 Command Centers, owning rhythm, briefs, and vendors.
- Senior client partner, deciding without approval.
- Manage rosters of trusted creators and amplifiers.
Who We're Looking For:
- 8-12+ years in creator strategy, campaigns, digital media, or narrative.
- End-to-end ownership and experience building an audience.
- Exceptional copywriting and calm under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $130k-$165k salary.
- Full benefits incl. health coverage and PTO.
- Remote US-based, optional NYC office.
