About the Role:
- We're looking for a Principal Creative to join our Brand team, who will lead integrated brand campaigns and digital experiences.
- This role requires someone comfortable developing campaign platforms and executing highly creative projects.
- You'll partner with Brand Strategy to ensure every initiative is rooted in sharp insight and clear positioning.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of brand and campaign platforms from strategy to delivery.
- Activate the Engine brand across a wide range of initiatives including integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and growth campaigns.
- Own projects from brief through delivery, maintaining a high creative bar at every stage.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in creative direction or integrated marketing with a strong portfolio.
- Proven track record of developing brand and campaign platforms at an exceptionally high creative bar.
- Strong project lead and partnership instincts, comfortable leading large-scale campaigns and focused projects.
Compensation:
- Base pay range: $173,000 - $240,000 USD, plus equity and variable pay opportunities.
