The Jobstream Director, Client Solutions– New Product Launch plays a pivotal role in driving the operational execution and client coordination for Jobstream’s latest product initiative. In this role, your main objective is to provide an exceptional client experience for both pilot clients, future clients, and internal stakeholders. In true start-up form, you will wear many hats and use creative and proactive problem solving to successfully meet launch deadlines. This individual will help ensure the successful internal rollout of a new offering by aligning cross-functional partners, streamlining process handoffs, and maintaining project momentum through detailed tracking and internal communication. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role.
