Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

NovaCare Kids seeks a full-time, short-term BCBA to join their team in Kalamazoo. The role involves working with pediatric patients aged 0-21, supervising line therapists, completing assessments, and writing reports. Collaboration with families, therapists, and school teams is essential. BCBAs provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, playing a key role in client success through collaboration with BTs. Early-Intervention and Assent-Based Care experience is required. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with regulations and creating personalized treatment plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
