Job Description

Seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of client’s lifecycle marketing programs. You'll work closely with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and launch high-impact email, SMS, and push campaigns that improve customer retention, drive cross-sell opportunities, and increase lifetime value. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust lifecycle marketing strategy, creating strategies to engage and convert new customers, and optimizing audience segmentation. The role also involves designing campaigns triggered by key actions, building programs that drive repeat purchases, re-engaging lapsed customers, and identifying opportunities to increase average order value. The specialist will plan and execute lifecycle marketing strategies for peak seasons, build campaigns to generate reviews, and use data and experimentation to continuously improve program performance, as well as define KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
