Roo is seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance user experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians on their veterinary staffing platform. This role involves working during peak client support hours, including early mornings, evenings (Central Time), and weekend mornings. Responsibilities include serving as a primary contact for customer inquiries via online support channels, troubleshooting issues, coordinating escalated issues with relevant departments, managing potential call outs, documenting scenarios, and maintaining Hubspot records. The role also includes coordinating with Finance and data departments for reconciliation and report generation.
