Technical Program Manager

This role is a mix of program management, technical problem-solving, and customer collaboration — perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants to make a visible impact both internally and externally. Lead end-to-end technical programs for our largest clients, owning timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies. Translate client technical requirements into clear specs and partner with Engineering to define solution approaches. Run weekly technical steering meetings with strategic clients covering progress on program milestones, KPIs, incident summaries, support escalations, etc. Translate client requirements into RFCs and coordinate across internal teams including Engineering, Support, Product. Collect and synthesize client feedback; draft RFCs for product enhancements and guide them through our product process. Identify technical, operational, or resourcing risks early; define mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
