Job Description
The Centralized Estimatics Reviewer partners with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to support each RO. This role specializes in specific insurance carriers, ensuring quality reviews and estimates meet partner compliance. The role requires technical expertise in collision repair estimatics and clear communication of detailed repair processes, serving as a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities include virtual estimates, supplement audits, reviewing accuracy, manufacturer procedures, claim facts, and photo documentation. Collaboration with repair personnel ensures file accuracy and provides technical guidance. The role involves maintaining knowledge of manufacturer guidelines, conducting manufacturer-specific audits, reviewing repair orders for compliance, and supporting projects and training initiatives. Managing workflow to meet turnaround times, maintaining detailed records, and identifying issues related to insurance disputes or OEM non-compliance are also key. Providing insights to improve estimating processes and partnering with internal departments to enhance performance is expected. Travel is required for OEM training, on-site sessions, and project collaboration.
