Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s overall financial strategy, ensuring that financial functions are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The CFO will lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. This role will ensure robust financial controls are in place, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and that financial operations support the company’s mission and growth objectives. You will provide strategic direction to ensure financial stability and growth, collaborate with leadership to shape corporate vision, and lead financial planning and analysis. You'll oversee financial operations, ensure accurate financial reports, and implement financial controls. You'll manage relationships with external auditors and investors, protecting the organization’s assets and ensuring compliance. You'll drive financial initiatives that support organizational growth and sustainability, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. You will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
