Director, Integrated Intelligence

As a Director, Integrated Intelligence at Real Chemistry, you will:

• Develop holistic measurement strategies, translating business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, with solutions on how to evaluate the healthcare marketing experience.
• Lead reporting and analysis of program performance with a team of junior analysts to uncover actionable insights and create an easy to understand story on performance and optimizations for clients.
• Manage client relationships and oversee the day-to-day management of client work.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the strategic vision for measurement to address client needs.
• Manage a team, including building technical and soft skills as well as day-to-day administrative management duties.
