Deployment Engineer

We are seeking a customer-centric, details-driven Deployment Engineer to ensure that we are providing a smooth and efficient deployment process for our customers. The Deployment Engineer is responsible for managing the technical action items for each deployment process, with the primary focus of deploying custom data integration interfaces to a variety of different public safety software systems. This is a client-facing position, which would require remote presentation and communication skills on a regular basis. Deployment Engineers must have a strong ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally, can overcome complex problems, and the ability to deploy solutions in an organized, thorough, and timely manner. This position can be based at any of our offices across Canada and the United States or performed remotely from a home office. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work on-site.
