Senior Software Engineer — Agentic AI Applications

Architect and ship production agentic AI applications:

• Build multi-step workflows with tool use, structured outputs, and confidence-scored validation loops.
• Improve retrieval systems across catalog-level, content-level RAG, and hybrid approaches.
• Own the LLM application layer including prompt orchestration, model routing, and context management.

Build learner-facing and operator-facing AI experiences:

• Ship tutoring, practice, evaluation, and coach interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Create operator tools for program authoring, evaluation dashboards, and administration.
• Handle streaming responses, partial outputs, and tool-call visualization with care for user experience.

Ensure production reliability and AI safety:

• Implement prompt-injection defenses, PII detection, content moderation, and abuse detection.
• Build evaluation infrastructure with gold datasets, rubrics, and regression pipelines.
• Own model failover, rate limiting, cost monitoring, observability, and incident response.
