New Lead Program Manager (U.S.)

Lead Program Manager's responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of multi-team programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, roadmaps, forecasts, and communication frameworks.
• Implement Agile delivery practices at scale and coach cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• 7–12+ years of experience in project/program/product management.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and scaled delivery frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex topics.
