Head of Impact Analytics

Solace is seeking a Head of Impact Analytics to build and lead their research and analytics function focused on quantifying the impact of advocacy services. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role involves developing a strategy for demonstrating the impact of advocacy services, establishing data needs, developing research questions, and generating actionable insights. The position requires clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge to demonstrate Solace's efficacy. Responsibilities include developing analysis projects, integrating insights into decision-making, translating analysis results, and facilitating data infrastructure maintenance and support. The role involves applying AI, predictive modeling, and data visualization to analyze program and policy settings in the healthcare industry.
