Job Description
Lead overall Sales Operations strategy, planning, direction and development of integrated processes. Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build and provide timely, accurate analysis/reports of sales data to assist in market understanding, sales targeting, sales growth, performance trends and aid business decision making. Develop sales force structure and optimal territory alignments to increase operational efficiency and sales potential. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans. Oversee the design and administration of sales compensation plans. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives.
