Project Manager

Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. Manage timelines, tasks, and workflows using Teamwork Projects (similar to Asana or other popular project management softwares). Serve as a strong task manager, ensuring all action items are captured, assigned, and completed on time. Work closely with project leads who are responsible for execution, guiding them to follow the established process and stay on track. Ensure all teams are aligned on project goals, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate regular check-ins, standups, and status updates. Track project progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues when needed. Help prioritize tasks and resources to keep projects on schedule. Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. You have worked at US-based startups before and have 3+ years of experience.
