Tax and Compliance Manager

About the Role:

• Magic Eden is building Dicey, a crypto-native casino and sportsbook, entirely in-house.
• This high-ownership role covers tax, compliance, treasury, and payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own tax compliance for all group entities, including PFIC reporting and intercompany transactions.
• Manage crypto treasury reconciliation and ensure local statutory filings are met in each jurisdiction.
• Oversee AP and payroll, and manage external accounting providers.

What We're Looking For:

• CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years in Big 4, including PFIC experience.
• Strong international tax knowledge and experience with intercompany loans.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with remote collaboration.
