Tax Manager

About the Role:

• Own and scale the company's tax function across diverse business lines.
• Manage external advisors and take direct ownership of key filings and processes.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data to incorporate tax requirements into operations.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public accounting and in-house corporate tax.
• CPA with strong technical foundation in federal and state income tax; Big Four preferred.
• Comfortable being the only tax professional, with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary between $128,000 and $160,000 plus target equity.
• Unlimited PTO, 16 weeks fully paid parental leave, home office stipend.
