Tax & Compliance Manager

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the company's primary tax subject matter authority, advising Finance and cross-functional leaders on strategic tax planning and compliance.
• Maintain tax compliance across an elaborate multi-entity structure, including partnership taxation and K-1 preparation.
• Own indirect tax compliance, including sales tax, VAT registrations, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, partnership tax, or tax compliance within a multi-entity organization.
• Strong knowledge of partnership taxation, pass-through entities, and federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• CPA and experience cooperating with external tax advisors and regulatory agencies.
