Job Description

This role requires hands-on experience in building data models, analyzing large datasets, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales, operations, and customer analytics. The Data Analyst will utilize the core tech stack to perform data modeling, performance tracking, data cleaning, and KPI definition. They will drive the identification, design, and piloting of high-value automation solutions and AI/agent use cases for client-facing teams, contributing to a unified intake and prioritization process for automation requests. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in business process automation and proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
