Job Description
Dialectic acts as an advisor to multiple liquid crypto funds specializing in onchain DeFi yield strategies, as well as venture activity focused on crypto/blockchain technologies. The CFO will oversee corporate finance activities across entities and jurisdictions including budgeting, financial reporting, financial projections, financial modeling, and preparation of financial statements. The CFO will also coordinate M&A processes and corporate fundraises as well as secondary share transactions and resultant cap table changes.
