Role Overview:
- Lead the merchandising workstream of an Oracle Retail engagement.
- Serve as the primary functional authority on Oracle MFCS.
- Translate omnichannel apparel business into scalable MFCS configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution design and architecture for the merchandising workstream.
- Deliver configuration, integration, and data migration activities.
- Manage testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level Oracle MFCS skills with 8+ years in Oracle Retail.
- At least 2 full-lifecycle MFCS cloud implementations.
- Deep knowledge of item, purchasing, pricing, and inventory.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in apparel, footwear, or specialty retail.
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail Allocation, Pricing, or ReSA.
- Prior consulting or systems integrator experience.
