Video Game Producer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Producer with experience in AA or AAA games who is autonomous, highly organized, and passionate about live games and live operations. This person will work closely with the Product Lead to define and execute roadmaps, coordinate multidisciplinary ºteams, and ensure all live ops processes run smoothly. Run and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Support the Product Owner and drive their execution by facilitating communication, organization, and accountability across all departments. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the game vision remains clear and is properly executed throughout live operations. Create and improve cross-departmental processes by collaborating with department leads to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Oversee daily operations, either directly or through an Associate Producer. Identify and mitigate risks before they become issues, proposing and implementing contingency plans. Provide clear progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Identify and help resolve team-related issues, fostering a healthy and collaborative work environment. Lead the onboarding process for new Associate Producers and support their professional growth. Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of all production-related tasks, both their own and those of their direct reports. Make independent decisions and operate with minimal supervision from the Senior Producer. Assist the Product Lead in making product decisions based on the team’s actual capabilities.
