Job Description
Overview:
- Supporting everything from electing Democrats to combating climate change and hunger.

User & Client Impact:
- Build deep understanding of political and nonprofit users through research and feedback loops.
- Leverage product metrics and user interactions to ensure we identify the areas of greatest impact for clients.
Technical Product Development:
- Partner with data science, analytics, and data engineering to define model goals.
- Translate experimentation and data-pipeline needs into clear product direction.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as the connective tissue across DS, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Setting the tone for inclusivity by creating a culture of inclusion.
