Experienced Developer (Application)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance application features supporting payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and employee management workflows.
• Contribute to the evolution of the product from MVP to a fully launched and scalable system.
• Participate in defining and maintaining the product roadmap and feature prioritization based on business needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience in application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP) and solid frontend technology understanding.
• Ability to work fully remotely with strong self-discipline and ownership mindset.
