Job Description
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll work with The Flex Ventures team to validate, build, and potentially launch a new venture. You will own customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis. You will also build and test MVPs to assess traction and lead day-to-day operations.
The Flex is looking for someone with a builder mindset and a proven ability to execute at speed. Founder/Operator experience is preferred, and strong intuition for product, markets, and customer problems is a plus. The company offers competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
