Job Description
Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to support Student Operations and National University initiatives related to Student Operations. The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with Student Operations Directors, Associate Directors, and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify developmental and training opportunities and develop learning assets.
The specialist also collaborates with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, define learning objectives, develop instructional design strategies and methodologies, and create engaging learning materials including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training, webinars, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments.
