About the Role:
- You will own complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end.
- You will report to the Director, Product Design and shape the design direction of a core product.
- You will work in a fast-paced environment shipping frequently.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions.
- Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into user journeys and polished UI.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experienced in fast-moving environments with high velocity.
- Ability to think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows.
