About the Role:
- As Senior Product Designer, you'll define how people interact with AI agents across buyer-facing experiences and our Console.
- You'll work on problems that don't have established interaction patterns yet, designing for human-AI collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Own product design from problem framing through iteration, including interaction design, UI, prototyping, and implementation.
- Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration to help users understand, guide, and trust autonomous software.
- Simplify complex workflows across configuration, integrations, and multi-step B2B product experiences.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of product design experience with complex B2B SaaS or similar digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to move from ambiguous problem to concrete interaction model.
