Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

• You will shape a new generation of AI-powered products that transform organizational data into actionable intelligence.
• This is a highly creative, 0-to-1 role where you'll help invent what comes next.
• You'll partner closely with product and engineering leaders to define what should be built and why.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI-powered culture intelligence products from the ground up, including dashboards and data-rich experiences.
• Own the end-to-end design process from research through implementation.
• Bring a distinctive visual perspective through layout, typography, illustration, and motion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing 0-to-1 products and AI-powered experiences.
• Exceptional visual design skills and ability to simplify complex data.
