What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end product design for complex workflows or a major product area.
Improve a mature B2B platform by identifying UX debt and simplifying workflows.
Design constraint-heavy operational experiences including scheduling, permissions, and dashboards.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design with evidence of leading complex work.
Strong product thinking and ability to connect customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Proficiency in Figma, WCAG 2.1 AA, and experience with design systems.
