Lead end-to-end product design projects, from discovery and user research through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.

Requirements:

Solid experience as a Product Designer working on digital products, with the ability to independently lead complex design initiatives.
Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, user flows, and modern design tools such as Figma.
Proven experience conducting user research, validating concepts, and making data-informed design decisions.
