Senior Product Designer

Position Summary:

• Lead product design end-to-end for complex, high-impact initiatives across the portfolio.
• Shape discovery, workflows, interaction models, and usability from concept to launch.
• Mentor designers and influence design team standards and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Product Design or related field with 5+ years experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools; experience with AI tools for research and prototyping.
