Kyriba Program Manager

Own the Kyriba platform and program end-to-end, including planning, execution, integration, control design, change management, optimization, and support. Wear both Project Manager and Business Analyst hats, translating business needs into executable system and process plans. Lead cross-functional coordination between Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Compliance. Implement and optimize Kyriba modules: Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Forecasting, Financial Transactions, Bank Account Management, In House Bank, FX Risk, and Hedging. Manage ERP, bank and other API connectivity, including reconciliation, data validation, and exception monitoring. Collaborate with banking partners and vendors to evolve the strategic Kyriba roadmap. Develop and maintain project plans, stakeholder dashboards, issue logs (e.g., RAID), and escalation processes.
