Job Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of a major Salesforce upgrade.

Architect and manage Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs.

Define technical and architectural standards, coding best practices, and integration patterns.

Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.

Manage the full software development lifecycle.

Design and manage integrations with enterprise and external systems.

Lead and mentor CRM team members.

Partner closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders.

Serve as the technical point of contact for Salesforce and related CRM technologies.
