Senior Director, Media

Podean is seeking a Senior Director, Media to take our media discipline to the next level. You’ll lead strategy, team development, innovation, and cross-functional alignment. You will define the company's comprehensive media vision and strategy, and contribute to long-term planning. You will drive innovation and thought leadership in the media space, positioning the company as an industry leader by capitalizing on emerging market trends. You will provide guidance to the media team, fostering a culture of excellence. You will cultivate relationships with clients and media partners, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. You will develop a strong executive presence, represent the company at industry events, and focus on building out our media story and pitchware. You will oversee the media budget, ensure operational efficiency, and implement key performance indicators. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field plus 10+ years of progressive experience in performance media, with leadership experience. Expertise across the digital media landscape is required.
