Supplier Quality Engineer

Take the lead in Supplier Quality Rescue Projects, driving issue resolution, action plans and strategic supplier improvement. Collaborate with our Team in Brazil to ensure that our supplier quality targets are met by e.g., conducting on-site supplier audits and visits, investigate quality problems, implement sustainable solutions and provide regular progress updates to our Top Management. Responsibilities include performing risk assessment during the selection process for new Suppliers, conducting supplier audits and technical visits, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions, and working closely with cross-functional Embraer teams and suppliers.
