The search for self-knowledge and continuous improvement are essential ingredients for the success of this opportunity. Responsibilities include leading a development team, participating in agile rituals, generating the development backlog, designing and implementing technical solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. It also involves elevating DevSecOps practices and participating in the creation of new proposals for clients. Requirements include proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Node.js for Backend, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Frontend. Experience with frameworks like Spring, .NET, Django, or Express, and modern Frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid knowledge in relational and non-relational databases, Microservices, RESTful APIs, system integration, and DevOps practices is also necessary.
