Core Responsibilities:
- Reconcile transactions daily, weekly, and monthly across payment channels like acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Match data between internal systems and bank statements using Excel, and prepare financial reports based on results.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with account and support teams to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking as a reconciliation specialist.
- Hands-on experience with card transaction reconciliation and payment provider reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to work with large data volumes.
