Bilingual Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychopharmacological management across all age spectrums.
• Provide medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders using a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach.
• Coordinate care with internal and external partners to address social determinants of health.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license in primary residence state and Oregon.
• 2+ years experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (required).
• DEA license and bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
