As Data Strategist, some of your duties will be: Understand the business objectives of clients, identifying opportunities and creating data strategies that contribute to the achievement of these objectives. Develop a roadmap of data deliverables that support the client in the evolution of data and AI maturity. Develop the client's perception of the value of data, enabling them to interpret, analyze and use information effectively in their strategic decisions. Be the focal point for the client, managing expectations and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliveries. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts, Scientists and Engineers, ensuring that deliveries are aligned with business objectives. Identify insights that promote the evolution of chatbots, aiming at achieving the client's strategic objectives. Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of deliveries with the client's business. Act influentially to ensure that the achievement of the set objectives is data-oriented and focused on strategic impact. Monitor the client's KPIs and the impact of the service on its business, including return on investment (ROI), experience, satisfaction, use and adoption of the products delivered. The goal is to ensure that the client's objectives are met and that the value of the products and services provided is being maximized.
