Role Responsibilities:
- Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs
- Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities
- Working closely with other members of the scrum team
Must Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Experience working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Consulting experience, ability to find the right solution and present it to the client
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture
- Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications
