The role:
- Build foundational systems across PostgreSQL, GCP, and internal tooling.
- Design shared infrastructure for agentic systems and evals.
- Collaborate with teams to improve developer velocity.
Within 1 month:
- Understand our product and company infrastructure.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ship a meaningful production improvement.
Within 3 months:
- Own a platform project end to end.
- Execute safe database and cloud migrations.
- Launch a piece of agent infrastructure.
About you:
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and GCP.
- Comfortable with migrations and security.
- Product-minded and security-aware.
