About the Team:
- A deliberately small and senior data team.

What You'll Do:
- Build ML infrastructure from scratch.
- Turn internal data into customer-facing products.
- Ship code in engineering's repos and drive cross-team initiatives.
Who You Are:
- A Staff-level Data Scientist or ML Engineer with production experience.
- Located in the Americas, within ±3 hours of MDT.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.
